Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary oil
- 1 tablespoon of amla powder (Indian gooseberry)
- 1 tablespoon of henna powder (optional for color)
- 1 cup of strong black tea (cooled)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine coconut oil and rosemary oil.
- Add amla powder and, if using, henna powder to the mixture. Mix well until it forms a smooth paste.
- Pour in the cooled black tea and stir until you achieve a consistency similar to a thick cream.
- Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair, massaging gently to ensure even coverage.
- Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour. For more intense results, you can wrap your hair in a towel or shower cap.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Shampoo and condition as usual.
