- 2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1½ cups mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, bell pepper), chopped or thawed from frozen
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (or use almond flour for low-carb)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: fresh herbs like parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the chopped ham, vegetables, and shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
