Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pancake Batter:
    • In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg, salt, and oil until smooth.
    • Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Cook the Filling:
    • Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until golden.
    • Add ground meat and cook until browned.
    • Mix in mashed potatoes, spices, salt, and herbs. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Make Pancakes:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet and lightly grease it.
    • Pour a small ladle of batter, spread thinly, and cook for 1–2 minutes each side until golden.
