- 1 lb (500g) ground sausage (pork, beef, or a mix)
- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or your preferred herbs)
- 1 tsp paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions:
