A hearty and comforting casserole dish perfect for a weeknight meal or a cozy weekend dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound sausage, casings removed (any type you prefer, such as kielbasa, bratwurst, or Italian sausage)
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in the sausage drippings until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, potatoes, onion mixture, cream of mushroom soup, milk, parsley, and pepper.
- Assemble Casserole: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve: Let the casserole stand for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
