Ingredients:
- 1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 to 4 green onions, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 egg white
- Everything bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook the sausage and crumble.
- In a bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Unroll the crescent rolls and separate the triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture onto each triangle.
- Roll up the triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the crescents with egg white and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (if desired).
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
