Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 to 4 green onions, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls  
  • 1 egg white
  • Everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cook the sausage and crumble.
  3. In a bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate the triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture onto each triangle.
  6. Roll up the triangles and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the crescents with egg white and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning (if desired).
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
