- 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey), cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tsp onion powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese (if using), garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until creamy and well blended.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end toward the tip, to form crescents.
- Arrange crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
