Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Optional: chopped green onions, shredded cheese, or seasoning (like garlic powder or Italian herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Mix cooked sausage with softened cream cheese in a bowl until well combined. You can stir in optional add-ins like green onions or cheese for extra flavor.
  4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll up like a crescent roll.
