Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray or line with muffin liners.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Once browned and fully cooked, drain any excess grease and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, onions, spinach (if using), salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in the cooked sausage.
