Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4-6 patties.
