Ingredients:

For Salisbury Steak:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

For Mushroom & Onion Gravy:

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the cubed potatoes.
    • Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes, then drain.
    • In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
