Ingredients:
For Salisbury Steak:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For Mushroom & Onion Gravy:
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the cubed potatoes.
- Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes, then drain.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Mash the potatoes, then mix in the garlic, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
- Make the Salisbury Steak Patties:
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
