Ingredients
- 1 large handful of fresh rosemary (or 3–4 tablespoons dried rosemary)
- 2–3 cups of water
Instructions
- Boil the Water: Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a gentle boil.
- Add Rosemary: Add the fresh or dried rosemary to the boiling water.
- Simmer: Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Cool & Strain: Remove from heat and allow it to cool completely. Strain out the rosemary leaves.
- Store: Pour the rosemary water into a clean spray bottle or jar. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
How to Use:
- After washing your hair, spray or pour the rosemary water onto your scalp and hair.
- Gently massage your scalp for a few minutes to boost circulation.
- You can leave it in or rinse it out after 20–30 minutes.
- Use 2–3 times a week for best results.
