Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh rosemary leaves (or 3–4 tbsp dried rosemary)
- 1 tbsp whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil (optional, for added moisture)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add the water, rosemary leaves, and cloves.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes until the water darkens.
- Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Strain the liquid into a clean spray bottle or jar.
- (Optional) Add 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil and shake well.
- Apply the rosemary-clove rinse to your scalp and hair, gently massaging for a few minutes.
- Leave it on for 30–60 minutes or overnight before rinsing (or leave it as a no-rinse tonic if your scalp tolerates it).
- Use 3–4 times per week for 2 weeks to start noticing results.
