INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Ritz crackers (about 60 crackers)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese slices cut small)
- 1/2 cup thin deli ham or turkey, cut into small pieces
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise or cream cheese (optional spread)
- 1/4 cup honey mustard or Dijon mustard (optional)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble sandwiches:
- Spread a little mayonnaise or cream cheese on the bottom cracker (optional).
- Top with a piece of deli meat and a bit of shredded cheese.
- Add a small dollop of mustard if desired.
- Place another cracker on top to form a sandwich.
- Prepare topping:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
- Brush the tops of the cracker sandwiches with the butter mixture.
- Bake:
- Place the sandwiches on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and crackers are slightly golden.
- Serve warm or at room temperature. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or game day snacks!
