- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in sour cream (or yogurt) and any optional mix-ins like nuts or chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
