Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves (or 1 sprig fresh rosemary)
- 2 cups water
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or lemon juice (for taste)
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the cloves and rosemary leaves to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let it steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon juice if desired.
- Drink warm, once or twice a day for joint relief.
