Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves (or 1 sprig fresh rosemary)
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or lemon juice (for taste)

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the cloves and rosemary leaves to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let it steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea into a cup.
  6. Add honey or lemon juice if desired.
  7. Drink warm, once or twice a day for joint relief.
