Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary (or a small fresh sprig)
- 5–6 whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- Optional: honey or lemon for flavor
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the rosemary and cloves to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow it to steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired, and drink while warm.
How to Use:
- Drink 1–2 cups daily, preferably in the morning and evening.
- Best consumed warm, not boiling hot.
- For best results, use consistently over time.
