Ingredients

  • 5–6 whole cloves
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or lemon for flavor

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add the rosemary and cloves to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and allow it to steep for another 5 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea into a cup.
  6. Add honey or lemon if desired, and drink while warm.
