RENEWED KNEE! The Tea That Ends Pain in the Knees and Joints

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves
  • 5 fresh bay leaves (or 2 dried bay leaves)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (optional, for added anti-inflammatory benefits)

Instructions

  1. Boil Water:
    In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add Ingredients:
    Add the bay leaves and cloves (and ginger, if using) to the boiling water.
  3. Simmer:
    Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for about 10–15 minutes.
  4. Strain:
    Remove from heat and strain the tea into a cup.
  5. Sweeten (Optional):
    Stir in honey if desired.
  6. Serve:
    Enjoy warm. Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the morning.
