Ingredients
- 10 fresh guava leaves (or bay leaves as an alternative)
- 5–6 whole cloves
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions
- In a small pot, add the water and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the guava leaves and cloves.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes, allowing the nutrients to infuse into the water.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Optional: Add honey to taste if desired.
- Drink warm, once or twice a day, especially in the morning or before bed for best results.
Note:
Guava leaves and cloves have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that may help reduce joint pain and support knee health when combined with a healthy lifestyle. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting herbal remedies regularly.
