Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary leaves
  • 3-4 whole cloves
  • 1 green tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose green tea)
  • 2 cups water
  • Optional: honey or lemon, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a pot.
  2. Add the rosemary leaves and cloves to the boiling water.
  3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat, then add the green tea bag. Steep for another 3–5 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea into a cup.
  6. Add honey or lemon if desired.
  7. Sip warm and enjoy its calming benefits!
