Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary leaves
- 3-4 whole cloves
- 1 green tea bag (or 1 teaspoon loose green tea)
- 2 cups water
- Optional: honey or lemon, to taste
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a pot.
- Add the rosemary leaves and cloves to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
- Remove from heat, then add the green tea bag. Steep for another 3–5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
- Sip warm and enjoy its calming benefits!
