- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon hydrogen peroxide (3%)
- 1 tablespoon water
- Toothbrush
- Cotton swab (optional)

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the baking soda and salt (if using).
- Add hydrogen peroxide and water. Mix until it forms a paste.
- Dip your toothbrush into the mixture and gently brush your teeth for 1–2 minutes.
- Focus on areas with visible plaque or discoloration.
- Spit it out and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
- Optionally, use a cotton swab dipped in the paste to rub gently on tartar-prone spots.
- Rinse your toothbrush well and brush again with your regular toothpaste.
🛑 Warnings:
- Do not use this more than 2–3 times a week; overuse can erode enamel.
- Avoid if you have sensitive gums or open wounds.
- Never swallow the mixture.
