Refreshing Salad of Lettuce and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 head of fresh lettuce (any variety you like, e.g., romaine or iceberg)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 small cucumber (optional, for extra crunch)
  • 1 small red onion or green onions (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry and place in a large salad bowl.
