Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Begin by washing all the fruit thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, and dice the pineapple and mango.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, mango, and banana. Gently toss the fruits together to mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice. Drizzle this mixture over the fruit salad, then gently toss again to coat the fruit evenly.
- Let the fruit salad sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the salad in individual bowls or a large serving dish, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired. Enjoy this refreshing treat!
