Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grapes (red or green), halved
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all the fruits as directed.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, kiwi, and orange.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime/lemon juice until smooth.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 15–30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve cold.
