Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (you can use frozen if needed)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra freshness)
- A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Ice cubes (as needed)
Instructions
- Rinse the blueberries thoroughly under cool water.
- In a pitcher, add the blueberries and gently mash a few with the back of a spoon to release their juices.
- Pour in the cold water and stir in the lemon juice if using.
- Add the mint leaves for an extra refreshing twist.
- Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Serve chilled over ice and enjoy your naturally flavored blueberry water! 💧🫐
Tip: You can refill the pitcher with more water once or twice using the same blueberries — the flavor will still be light and refreshing!
