Ingredients:
- For the Cheese Ball:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- For the Coating:
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy, chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cookies or graham cracker crumbs.
- Optional: Mini chocolate chips for decoration.
Instructions:
- Combine the Base:
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Mix in the mini chocolate chips.
- Form the Cheese Ball:
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm enough to handle.
- Once chilled, remove the mixture from the refrigerator.
- Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands or a spatula.
- Prepare the Coating:
- In a shallow dish, combine the chopped Reese’s Pieces and crushed peanut butter cookies or graham cracker crumbs.
- Coat the Cheese Ball:
- Roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture, ensuring it’s completely covered.
