🧾 Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces or chopped mini Reese’s cups (plus extra for coating)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for serving
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix Base:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy. - Add Sweeteners:
Mix in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until fully combined. - Fold in Candy:
Stir in the Reese’s Pieces (or chopped Reese’s cups) and mini chocolate chips if using. - Shape & Chill:
Form the mixture into a ball shape (it helps to wrap it in plastic wrap). Chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm. - Coat & Serve:
Once chilled, unwrap and roll the cheese ball in additional Reese’s Pieces or crushed peanuts for a fun coating. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit slices.
Tip:
Make ahead for parties or holidays — it tastes even better after chilling overnight!
