- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for coating)
- Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
- Pretzels, cookies, or graham crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
- Shape the mixture into a ball (it’ll be sticky — you can refrigerate it for about 30 minutes first to make it easier).
- Roll the ball in crushed graham crackers or extra chopped Reese’s to coat the outside.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
