Reese’s Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (optional, for coating)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)
  • Pretzels, cookies, or graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the mini chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball (it’ll be sticky — you can refrigerate it for about 30 minutes first to make it easier).
  5. Roll the ball in crushed graham crackers or extra chopped Reese’s to coat the outside.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  8. Serve with pretzels, cookies, or graham crackers for dipping and enjoy!
