- Prepare the Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Let it set for about 5 minutes.
- Cream Mixture: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Combine Layers: Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the prepared pudding until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Layers:
- In a serving dish, add a layer of Biscoff cookies at the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the cookies.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding.
- Top It Off: Crumble some Biscoff cookies on top for a decorative touch. You can also add dollops of the remaining whipped topping.
