- A soft toothbrush
Instructions
- Mix the rice flour and baking soda in a small bowl.
- Add just enough lemon juice or water to make a paste (optional — use water if you have sensitive teeth).
- Dip your toothbrush into the paste.
- Gently brush your teeth with the mixture for 30–60 seconds.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Do NOT use this method daily — once a week maximum to protect enamel.
