Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:
- Boil the Potatoes: Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain well.
- Sauté the Veggies: In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, sautéed vegetables, grated cheese, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

- Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
