Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Set Up Breading Station – In three separate bowls, place flour in the first, whisk eggs with milk in the second, and mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in the third.
- Bread the Chicken – Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat with the panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Fry the Chicken – Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain and Serve – Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
