Public Sector Organization Jobs 2023. Engineers with three years of DAE may participate in a two-year Post Diploma Training Program in Drilling Techniques offered by a progressive public sector organisation. There will be classes at the Taunsa School of Mineral Technology (Dera Ghazi Khan).

Conditions for Eligibility:

1. Any those with a Pakistani passport are welcome to apply.
2. Associate Engineer in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Mining with a minimum of 60% Marks from a three-year programme.
3. You must be at least 25 years old.
4. A grade of “B” or above (or at least 50%) is required at the SSC level.
5. The monthly stipend is Rs. 12500/-.
6. Six months are spent in the classroom, followed by 18 months of on-the-job instruction (in the field).
7. Trainees from outside the area may stay in the Bachelor Hostel for free if space is available.
8. Students have access to free indoor treatment and transportation services.
9. Trainees who are appointed based on merit will be obligated to serve the Organization for a minimum of five years.
10. If they decide not to join the organization after receiving training at SMT, they will be responsible for repaying the organization for any and all expenses spent, including but not limited to the amount of the stipend received during training.
