Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
- Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and shredded coconut, if using.
