- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

For the Potato Layer:
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef Filling:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute more. Set aside.
- Prepare the Potato Layer:
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.
- Mash potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread mashed potatoes evenly on a large sheet of parchment paper, forming a rectangle about 12×16 inches.
- Spread the beef filling evenly over the potato layer, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
