Pineapple Strawberry Swirled Slushies

Ingredients

For the Pineapple Layer:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or water)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

For the Strawberry Layer:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry juice or lemonade
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh pineapple slices
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Make the Pineapple Slush:
    In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a separate bowl and place in the freezer while you make the strawberry layer.
  2. Make the Strawberry Slush:
    Rinse the blender. Add frozen strawberries, strawberry juice (or lemonade), and sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. Layer the Slushies:
    In glasses, alternate spoonfuls of pineapple and strawberry slush to create a swirled effect. Use a straw or skewer to gently swirl the two layers for a beautiful marbled look.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
