Instructions
- Make the Pineapple Slush:
In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a separate bowl and place in the freezer while you make the strawberry layer. - Make the Strawberry Slush:
Rinse the blender. Add frozen strawberries, strawberry juice (or lemonade), and sweetener if desired. Blend until smooth and slushy. - Layer the Slushies:
In glasses, alternate spoonfuls of pineapple and strawberry slush to create a swirled effect. Use a straw or skewer to gently swirl the two layers for a beautiful marbled look. - Garnish and Serve:
Top with fresh fruit slices and a sprig of mint if you like. Serve immediately and enjoy the fruity, tropical refreshment!
