Pineapple Strawberry Swirled Slushies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple juice (or orange juice)
  • ½ cup coconut water (optional)
  • 2–3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Instructions

  1. Make the pineapple layer:
In a blender, add frozen pineapple, ¾ cup pineapple juice, 1–2 tablespoons honey, and half of the ice cubes. Blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a jug and set aside.
  2. Make the strawberry layer:
Rinse the blender. Add frozen strawberries, remaining juice, coconut water (if using), 1 tablespoon honey, and the rest of the ice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Swirl and serve:
Pour the pineapple slush into glasses, then gently pour the strawberry slush on top. Use a straw or spoon to swirl the two layers together for a beautiful marbled effect.
  4. Garnish (optional):
Add fresh strawberry slices or pineapple wedges on the rim for a fun touch.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, fruity treat!
