For the Pineapple Slush:
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or water for less sweetness)
- 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional)
For the Strawberry Slush:
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup lemonade or water
- 1 tbsp sugar or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the Pineapple Slush:
In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth and slushy. Pour into a glass or a bowl and place it in the freezer while making the strawberry layer. - Blend the Strawberry Slush:
Rinse the blender, then blend the frozen strawberries, lemonade, and sweetener until smooth and slushy. - Layer and Swirl:
In serving glasses, spoon alternating layers of pineapple and strawberry slush. Use a straw or skewer to gently swirl the two together for a marbled look. - Serve Immediately:
Garnish with fresh fruit slices, a paper umbrella, or a mint sprig if desired. Enjoy cold and fresh!
