Pineapple Juice Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • For the Cake:
    • 1 box yellow cake mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)  
    • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    • 4 large eggs
  • For the Glaze:
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2-3 tablespoons pineapple juice
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cake Batter:
    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
    • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, vegetable oil, pineapple juice, and eggs.
    • Beat on low speed for 1 minute, then on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  2. Bake the Cake:
    • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
