Pineapple Juice Cake recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (about 15.25 oz)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (from canned or bottled)

For the Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven – Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Mix the Batter – In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and pineapple juice. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
  3. Bake – Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Make the Glaze – In a saucepan, melt butter. Add pineapple juice and powdered sugar, whisking until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Glaze the Cake – While the cake is still warm, poke small holes in the top with a fork or skewer. Slowly pour glaze over the cake so it soaks in.
