- 1 box yellow cake mix (about 15.25 oz)
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pineapple juice (from canned or bottled)
For the Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Mix the Batter – In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and pineapple juice. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
- Bake – Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Make the Glaze – In a saucepan, melt butter. Add pineapple juice and powdered sugar, whisking until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Glaze the Cake – While the cake is still warm, poke small holes in the top with a fork or skewer. Slowly pour glaze over the cake so it soaks in.
