Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or 1 can of pineapple in juice, drained)
- 2–3 inches fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
- 1 cup water (or coconut water for extra electrolytes)
Instructions
- Add the pineapple chunks, chopped ginger, fresh lemon juice, honey (if using), and water to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother shot.
- Pour into small glass bottles or shot glasses.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Shake well before drinking.
To Use: Drink 1–2 ounces daily in the morning for a natural boost of energy and immune support.
