- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)
- 1/2 cup orange juice (or milk for a creamier version)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
- Add the banana, pineapple, yogurt, and orange juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
- Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge or banana slice if you like, and enjoy!
