Pineapple and Banana Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (or milk for a creamier version)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Add the banana, pineapple, yogurt, and orange juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.
  5. Pour into a glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge or banana slice if you like, and enjoy!
