Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple chunks and banana into a blender.
  2. Pour in the coconut water (or almond milk) and Greek yogurt (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
  5. For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
