- 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks (drained if using canned)
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup ice cubes (optional for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions
- Add the banana, pineapple chunks, yogurt, and milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter.
- For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
