Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8-count, like Grands or homestyle)
- 8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (or cheddar, if you prefer)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- Place a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch the seams to seal completely.
- Place the sealed biscuits seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs generously with the garlic butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
- Serve warm — enjoy the gooey, cheesy, garlicky goodness!
