PILLSBURY BISCUIT GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BOMBS

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8-count, like Grands or homestyle)
  • 8 cubes of mozzarella cheese (or cheddar, if you prefer)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  3. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch the seams to seal completely.
  4. Place the sealed biscuits seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs generously with the garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
  8. Serve warm — enjoy the gooey, cheesy, garlicky goodness!
