Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to create two smaller rounds.
- Add the cheese: Place a small spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit half. Pinch the dough around the cheese to form a ball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
- Make the garlic butter: In a bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the biscuit balls: Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, making sure it’s completely coated. Place the balls into the prepared baking dish or baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake the cheese bombs in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Finish: Once out of the oven, drizzle any leftover garlic butter over the tops of the cheese bombs and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve and enjoy! These cheesy, garlicky treats are best served warm!
