Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to create two smaller rounds.
  3. Add the cheese: Place a small spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit half. Pinch the dough around the cheese to form a ball, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed.
  4. Make the garlic butter: In a bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Coat the biscuit balls: Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, making sure it’s completely coated. Place the balls into the prepared baking dish or baking sheet.
  6. Bake: Bake the cheese bombs in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Finish: Once out of the oven, drizzle any leftover garlic butter over the tops of the cheese bombs and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve and enjoy! These cheesy, garlicky treats are best served warm!
