PILLSBURY BISCUIT GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BOMBS

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits (8 count)
  • 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
  3. Place a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
  4. Place the sealed cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning (if using).
  6. Brush the tops of each cheese bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
  9. Serve warm — enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
