Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! flaky biscuits (8-count)
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into 8 cubes)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped) or 1 tsp dried parsley
- Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a circle (about 3–4 inches wide).
- Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic and parsley.
- Brush each biscuit generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- (Optional) Immediately after baking, brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
