Ingredients
- 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Biscuit Dough
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
- Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching the dough to seal the cheese inside. Roll the dough into a ball.
- Place each biscuit ball onto the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each biscuit ball.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your cheesy, garlic-flavored biscuit bombs!
