Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (like flaky biscuits)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese blend)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Marinara sauce or ranch for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare garlic butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  3. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit gently with your hands or a rolling pin into a round disc, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Add cheese: Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  6. Seal the cheese inside: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit up and pinch them together tightly to seal the cheese inside, forming a ball.
  7. Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture, coating evenly. Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Brush once more with remaining garlic butter right after baking for extra flavor.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  11. Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
