Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits (8 count)
- 8 cubes mozzarella cheese or string cheese pieces
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Separate each biscuit and flatten slightly using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place one cube of cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal completely. Roll each one into a smooth ball shape.
- Arrange the cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Brush half of this garlic butter mixture on top of the bombs before baking.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Remove from the oven and brush immediately with the remaining garlic butter mixture. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm for best flavor and gooey texture.

Notes
These cheese bombs taste best when served fresh and warm right out of the oven. You can reheat leftovers in an oven at 300°F for 5 minutes to regain their crisp texture. For extra cheesiness, try stuffing two small cheese cubes in each biscuit. If you love spice, add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
