Ingredients
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits (8 count)
- 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
- Place a cube of cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
- Place the sealed cheese bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and Italian seasoning (if using).
- Brush the tops of each cheese bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for about 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if desired.
- Serve warm — enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
