Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury biscuits
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Biscuits – Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
- Add Cheese – Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough around it, pinching the edges to seal.
- Make Garlic Butter – In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Coat & Bake – Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake – Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Final Touch – Brush with additional garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Serve Warm – Enjoy these gooey cheese bombs fresh out of the oven!
