Ingredients
- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury biscuits
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven β Set your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Biscuits β Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
- Add Cheese β Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough around it, pinching the edges to seal.
- Make Garlic Butter β In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Coat & Bake β Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake β Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Final Touch β Brush with additional garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Serve Warm β Enjoy these gooey cheese bombs fresh out of the oven!
