PILLSBURY BISCUIT GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BOMBS

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Biscuit Dough
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of Pillsbury biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  3. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching the dough to seal the cheese inside. Roll the dough into a ball.
  6. Place each biscuit ball onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  8. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each biscuit ball.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your cheesy, garlic-flavored biscuit bombs!
