PILLSBURY BISCUIT GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BOMBS

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury biscuits
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Β½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Biscuits – Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly.
  3. Add Cheese – Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough around it, pinching the edges to seal.
  4. Make Garlic Butter – In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  5. Coat & Bake – Brush each dough ball with the garlic butter and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake – Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Final Touch – Brush with additional garlic butter and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
