PILLSBURY BISCUIT GARLIC BUTTER CHEESE BOMBS

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! flaky biscuits (8-count)
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into 8 cubes)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped) or 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a circle (about 3–4 inches wide).
  3. Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  4. Arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic and parsley.
  6. Brush each biscuit generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. (Optional) Immediately after baking, brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
