Ingredients
- 1 box pound cake mix (or homemade pound cake batter)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter (for peach mixture)
- Whipped cream or vanilla pudding for filling
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a Twinkie pan or mini loaf pan.
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter, add brown sugar, cinnamon, and diced peaches. Cook 3–5 minutes until peaches are soft and syrupy. Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the pound cake batter according to package instructions (mix softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth).
- Spoon a small layer of batter into each cavity of the pan, add a spoonful of the peach mixture, then cover with more batter.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Once cooled, cut a small slit in the bottom and pipe in whipped cream or vanilla pudding as a filling (like Twinkies).
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with icing if desired.
- Serve and enjoy your Peach Cobbler Pound Cake Twinkies warm or chilled!
