Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 2 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool.
