Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes (washed, halved lengthwise)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pour the melted butter evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the butter.
- Place the potatoes cut-side down on top of the cheese mixture, pressing them gently so they coat well.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until potatoes are tender and the cheese forms a golden crust.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Would you like me to also give you a crispy version with extra crunch (using panko breadcrumbs with Parmesan), or just keep it simple?
