Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes (washed, halved lengthwise)
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pour the melted butter evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the butter.
  4. Place the potatoes cut-side down on top of the cheese mixture, pressing them gently so they coat well.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until potatoes are tender and the cheese forms a golden crust.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
