Parmesan Baked Potatoes

INGREDENT

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, halved lengthwise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Cooking spray or extra butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Parmesan Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the Dish:
Pour the melted butter evenly into the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture over the butter in an even layer.
  4. Add Potatoes:
Place the potato halves cut-side down into the cheese and butter mixture. Press them down slightly so they get coated well.
  5. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the bottoms are golden and crispy.
  6. Cool & Serve:
Let cool for a few minutes, then carefully lift the potatoes out using a spatula. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Serving Tip: Great as a side dish with grilled meats, or serve with sour cream or ranch dip.
