- 4 medium russet potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the butter.
- Place the potato halves cut side down onto the cheese mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then use a spatula to carefully lift the potatoes out.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
