Parmesan Baked Potatoes

INGREDENT

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the butter.
  5. Place the potato halves cut side down onto the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then use a spatula to carefully lift the potatoes out.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
