Ingredients:

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:
- Make the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually add cold water, whisking constantly until a smooth batter forms.
- Combine Cheeses: In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Form the Bites: Using a spoon, drop small spoonfuls of cheese mixture into the batter. Gently coat each cheese ball completely.
- Fry the Bites: Heat about 1 inch of oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully drop the coated cheese balls into the hot oil. Fry in batches for 2-3 minutes per batch, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Remove the cheese bites from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
