INGREDIENTS

  • 2–3 fresh papaya leaves
  • 4–5 cups of water

INSTRUCTIONS

  3. Add the leaves to a pot with 4–5 cups of water.
  4. Boil for 25–30 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Allow the liquid to cool slightly.
