INGREDIENTS
- 2–3 fresh papaya leaves
- 4–5 cups of water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the papaya leaves thoroughly to remove dirt.
- Cut the leaves into small pieces.
- Add the leaves to a pot with 4–5 cups of water.
- Boil for 25–30 minutes on medium heat.
- Allow the liquid to cool slightly.
- Strain the mixture to remove leaf pieces.
- Pour into a glass.
- Drink one glass in the morning and one at night for up to 7 days.

- The taste can be bitter; you may add a little honey if needed.
